Responsibilities and Commitments:

– Reports to ICT Manager.

– Support BDO for technical meetings.

– Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs.

– Should develop standard processes and procedures.

– Possess excellent oral, written communication and collaboration skills.

– Provide support as presales, estimation & design for enterprise network solutions.

– Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals.

– Flexible to adopt new technologies and able to properly work / contribute ample support as per requirements.

– Approach clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.

Skills Set and Job Knowledge:

– Provide testing and evaluation of new technology (R&D).

– Prioritize and manage properly many open cases at one time.

– Provide onsite support at client premises related to job profile.

– Responsible to do network deployment for SAN/NAS and other storage

– Able to provide design & implementation of projects with external clients.

– Provide support that includes procedural documentation and relevant reports.

– Attend training and workshops provided by principal companies/vendors.

– Proficiently skilled in advance trouble shooting to identify the severity of the issues.

– Troubleshoot system and network problems; and diagnose and solve hardware or software faults.

– Train and extend technical know-how advice to junior staff for Enterprise network solutions.

– Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate); and shall willingly work beyond time limit to accomplish the given task.

– Implement L2/L3, Cisco network deployment solutions such as enterprise network infrastructure, VoIP, WiFi, Firewall, etc., and to support the team for network integration for PABX, VoIP solutions, Wifi & ELV projects.
